• Structural Sanitization: This module removes any active content such as scripts, coding, etc. from sent files. Information is, however, left intact in its original file format.
• Document Sanitization: Strip out hidden file information such as change tracking, properties, comments, etc., to ensure potentially sensitive information is not accidentally transmitted. Content identified is automatically removed, but the rest is left intact.
• Data Redaction: This module overwrites or redacts critical or sensitive information to prevent data breaches. The communication’s content is modified but still continues on, preventing costly business process disruption.
• Anti-Steganography: Adding this to GoAnywhere MFT prevents files, messages, images or videos from being concealed within another file.
• Optical Character Recognition: When OCR capability is added to GoAnywhere MFT, any text residing inside of images is flagged before it is sent. In addition, pictures of sensitive information can also be identified and withheld.

When files leave the GoAnywhere platform, maintain control over who can access them and what security policy protects them. Rights Management goes beyond traditional file protection to apply an extra layer of security and access control over files. Customers must own Advanced Workflows & Secure Forms to take advantage of this feature.
